Thank you again to everyone for coming out a few weeks back to discuss the possibilities of travel with the jazz program.
Now that everything has settled and that our tour to the Brandon Jazz festival in March has been approved by the board office, we will be collecting a $200 deposit using school cash online.
You should receive a notice about the payment in your school cash online account by the end of the week and we ask that you make your payment by the 27th of November.
Just a reminder that tour dates are March 15th to 17th.
Our estimated tour budget is coming in around $330 for the tour (this depends on the number of participants.)
The tour will include Coach to and from Brandon. Hotel – Victoria Inn. Hot breakfast each day as well as Dinner each night.
This will be based on quad occupancy for students at the hotel.
We will be departing around 1:00 on the 15th from the school parking lot and returning to the parking lot around 10:00PM on Friday night.
